Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Kowaara’s AI-powered learning platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kowaara. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use Kowaara with parental or guardian permission.

2. User Accounts

• Maintaining account confidentiality.
• All activities occurring under your account.
• Providing accurate and current information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Kowaara for unlawful purposes.
• Upload harmful, malicious, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.
• Reverse engineer proprietary systems.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Kowaara a limited license to process and store content solely to provide platform services.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Pricing may change with notice. Payments are generally non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All Kowaara branding, software, designs, content, logos, and platform materials are owned by Kowaara or its licensors.

Except as explicitly permitted, you may not:

• Distribute or Sell
• Commercially exploit any part of the platform.

8. Availability & Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your activities create legal or security risks.
• Required by law.

Users may discontinue use at any time.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kowaara and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your uploaded content, or violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law
